FAQ

At which phase does a collaboration make sense?

Ideally as soon as the concept is in place and first validations are underway. Even in the pre-seed and seed phase an accompanying outside perspective is often valuable – likewise in later growth phases.

Do you also invest financially or act as a business angel?

I primarily offer advisory and supporting collaboration. Any role beyond that is discussed on a case-by-case basis.

How is billing handled?

Depending on the engagement: daily rate, monthly retainer or project-based fixed fee. For young companies we find fair models adapted to their respective possibilities.

On-site or remote?

Both are possible. Regular sparring sessions often run via video, workshops and intensive phases are ideally on-site. We choose the right format together.
